To isolate the MOT failure, try swapping the MOT card with another MOT card. If the failure moves, then the problem is in the card. If the failure does not move, the MOT card is not your problem. If the MOT card is not the issue, then your problem

Hi all, We were able to fix the issue. We replaced the MOT cards with the MOT cards in the good machine. That, however, did not resolve the issue. The issue was very basic; one of the fuses (fi fuse) located to the left of the MOT cards became open.

It's a motor controller card error. I'm not completely sure, but, it seems like something in the x. Swap MOT1 with MOT2 or 3, and see if the error moves. If it does, you have a bad MOT card. If it doesn't, you have something going on with a motor

Swap mot cards and see if the error moves. Of it does, your issue is the mot card, if it doesn't, your issue is one of the above. Try calibrating in the service menu. Check your friction readings. Check the x-encoder (attached to the motor).

Check the MOT board. You can usually swap out the individual MOT boards, and see if the problem moves. If it does, you can isolate which board has gone bad. You can also check the encoder on the conveyor, to make sure that is still working correct
