I would check the following: 1. Make sure the head can move in all axis including z and theta by physically moving each. 2. Check the voltage from the main power supply which is located in the middle of the machine on the top of the main board asse

We have two QUAD 4C working in tandem. 3 months ago the EPCU battery (QUAD # 2) died, then we change it. Then downloaded the MODs from the controller to the assembler(does simultaneously on both machines). All this time we continue to work normally.

We had the same motor problem with our My12, whenever we would get the sound we would go through and slow down X accel speed in any packages and the placement accuracy as well. After doing this for quite a while we finally tried updating the motor c

Problem is solved! There wasn't voltage on motor inputs (only 5-10V AC) when the motor connected correctly, but was ~210V AC without motor. Firstly, I exchanged the motor speed control relay (Panasonic G-series type), but the result was same. (the a

I'm not familiar with you machine but it seems the problem is not the motor. if there's a manual I/O, switch on your conveyor from there and check if there's a voltage going into the motor.Check the control boards for the conveyor, relays and sensors
