Hello . i am reviewing the s/p dek (dek 265 infinite) ,mpm (up3000). all user say the machines are good. but to me rheopump versus proflow. which one is better. someone out there using these head advise me. bad or good thing whatever it is

Your are right my trackball was the problem, Now it resets and error on Tactile sensor. If anyone knows where I could get used parts beside MPM, please let know. Thanks

You may also have a faulty sensor. We have a MPM that had a faulty sensor and caused reset problems

Hi Debi, I have worked with both these printers in the past. Had some problems with the DEK. Take it for what it is worth but the MPM seemed more dependable than the DEK.
