In my past life, I used a tooling plate by JNJ that is specifically made for MPM's. The theory is - it's an alphanumeric grid, like Battleship, where you figure out your setup once, and then document it. It worked with and fit nicely with the MPM H

We use the Gel Flex from MPM. Made a different base for each machine. Works well for most boards, but you may need additional pin support for larger boards. No tools, no vaccum hoses, no missprints (which Grid Lock is famous for), and best of all

We have been using Grid Loks on our MPM Accuflex machines and see an offset in the print every so often. Haven't been able to isolate the problem. How bad was the misprint and how was it related to the grid loks? Thanks
