Hi ELC, I'm curious about your comment of calibrating the Z axis. Our UP2000 has been moved around a few times and we've never done this nor noticed a need to. Could you please share some more information and even perhaps the calibration procedure?

Would be my pick if I was putting a line together and was buying used. You should be paying around $35K-$40K and no more for such a machine. As far as grid-lock...........I'd probably toss that system in the garbage.
