Just to clarify, you are talking about the inner black box not driving down and not the pneumatic function that brings the tactile assembly closer to the stencil? Sometimes the pneumatic shafts get slightly bent and the assembly will not retract. T

MPM fan, thanks for the suggestions. I like the way you think. But I forgot to mention the most important thing. It only does this a few times per shift. The rest of the time it works fine. But we must re-boot every time due to the computer lock

Scratches do not necessarily mean bad! Usually the forcer motor fails before a platen. The motors become weak or don't evenly distribute the supplied air, which causes them to tilt and drive into the platens. Mechanical misalignment of the VY forcer

I got a 3000 that is acting crazy. After a print, the board is unclamped and the Z-axis lowers. It continues to lower until it trips the limit switch. It is suppposed to move in the Y-axis to line up with the tracks while lowering in the Z-axis.

We had centernest to I/O track alignment problems that were not predictable on 3000. Z-axis height seemed good with relation to I/O tracks but y was misaligned. Ended up replacing y-axis stepper and trouble went away. Also have had trouble with z-

Giao, These style of MPM's use stepper motors, but no feedback like an encoder or a resolver. In other words all axis positions are assumed after "Reset" of the machine. Because of this style of drive system there is the potential for the vision ga

Just a question: have you ever tried to transfer programs between 2 identical MPM printers, or between 2 identical CAMALOT Geminis? Well, you'll be surprised to find out that you have to spend 15 to 30 min tweaking them on the second machine. And th

It's been awhile but isn't there a sensor to tell the middle conveyor when it is lined up with the incoming and outgoing rails? If so that would explain why the table goes into Z axis overtravel. It still means your Y isn't working but makes it less

currently we have a new Horizon 02i, new software "instinctive" is pretty easy to program and operator friendly, i love to work with proflow. Gridlock is not working so good as they told. I don't like that the paper doesn't roll while you're under cl
