Electronics Forum | Wed Jul 01 05:33:29 EDT 2020 | zsoden

I recently purchased a used MPM UP2000 printer that I'm getting up and running. It's in very good condition and other than a worn out auxiliary on the main power contactor seems to be all working correctly. I've got it operating in demo/dry run mode

Hello James and Michelle Have been reading this thread and I just have to add my 2 cents. I was under the impression that this site was created with the idea of a place to post a problem and see if some one else may be able to help with a answer. I

If you have concluded that it is not a file storage problem you may wish to consider - When setting up a job the camera can move to virtually any position. This does not mean that the actuators on the stencil or board have enough travel to align the

I worked on MicroFlex. All axis move via electric motor drive. Carraige reapatability is +/- 0.0005" (12 micron). Cameras position more easily on linear bearings than the swivel type. The alignment accuracy and repeatability easily supports sub-20mil

Thanks for the posts guys, I'd like to mention a few things... In my opinion, the tooling does not get any better than this. The board is fairly small and quite stiff. There is no board warping. The tooling plates are tight and the vacuum really h

Daxman, The diagnostic results didn't look very pretty. Especially on the vision x standard deviation. Any time there is an asterisk, that is a bad thing. The failure number for all axis, excetp theta, is .0002. Could need more air flow to the x
