We use an "Inert Gas Cabinet" sold by Stanley Storage Systems (800-523-9462). It's similar to a very large tool box (steel cabinet with wide, steel drawers...ours is 59"H x 30"W x 28"D, but they make two smaller sizes). They make it air-tight by we
