Unknown Reference Designator on CP6

Has anyone ever seen a designator "TH1"?? I am replaceing a component on a Fuji CP-6 MX100 PLC. It looks like a gray cap, but the designator is TH and it has a resistor symbol under the part. Markings on the part are: S 22007 A J
