YesTech F1 speed

In a past life I ran F1 systems post placement / pre reflow behind a MyData My12E, so it didn't exactly have to keep up with a speedy chip shooter, but it did pretty well. The AOI would end up being the bottle neck some of the time, but not because

Hi, We have not committed to any major upgrade yet, but we added another MYDATA MY12 to the line which should speed things up untill we make another decicion. This should keep us going ok for a while and then we might just put in another line. But n

Tp9 and Tp9 ufp

Electronics Forum | Wed Oct 26 11:02:41 EDT 2011 | dyoungquist

TP9 machines are good, but old machines. We ran a TP9 for many years. As the machine got older it required more and more maintenance and had more frequent small issues similar to what you are seeing. We only saw 1 of your 4 issues specifically whi

Samsung SM320 vs Mydata MY12E

I am currently looking at new pick and place equipment and have come down to these two machines. I am interested on hearing from users of both, the pros and cons of their choice. I am a low volume high mix OEM upgrading from Quad QSX-1 and am interes

We had the same motor problem with our My12, whenever we would get the sound we would go through and slow down X accel speed in any packages and the placement accuracy as well. After doing this for quite a while we finally tried updating the motor c

I swapped the mi boards with ones from a working My12 machine and the same results. To recap my problem: On "Hardware Initialization" the center jaws open and close, the Hydra Theta belt moves back and forth, the Hydra head moves all the way down an

You shouldn't have any problem with the SM320 doing what you're asking above. In fact I think it will do it quite better. We have a two machine TP-11 Hydra line and a two machine SM320 line and I can tell you one SM320 can get the job done better.

Mydata Hydra tool reference mark error

We had that problem on our M12. There were a few > components that had gotten dropped into the > camera area as the hydra head past over it. Our > MY12 has a knob towards the front of the machine > in direct line with the camera. Pulling this

FUJI Line vs MY15 line

We have dek-my12-my12-heller. We are very happy with it. Change-over time varies more by facility than by machine type. I worked at a place with dek-mviif-msf-btu and we had faster changeovers there. There we had a dedicated feeder set-up. Close to

Hi JEM, We just made the very same upgrade you are looking to make on three machines. We purchased a new MY12 and upgraded our other three (My9 W/hydra, My9 No Hydra, and TP9-2U) from 2.2.4C to 2.4.4c. There are several changes and most of the
