Hi, MYDATA's are ok for lower volume, and they are very flexible. If you only have 1 or 2 trays of components and are on a tight budget, then you can even place the trays on the Y wagon behind the PCB so you can get away without the tray wagon. Al

Hi, That's the problem, and in one case it wanted to put 6 reels of 10K resistor, when we only had 10 on the PCB. It really only needed 1 extra feeder, but decided to fill all extra 15 feeders in the bin, so setup is hell. It might think that's a go

The lock is manually being able to twist into the lock position and unlock by twisting in the opposite direction. I highly doubt that this is the real problem. First check the rings on the tool to see if they are too worn to hold in the mount head. S
