the package should have nozzle(midas) and camera pre-selected(hydra camera will not work(try standard or high resolution). Odd shape recognition type will not use auto teach option(try chip, leaded, BGA.... )

Hi Joshua, We ran 150K per week this way, you just need a lot of pallets. Regarding dispensing I've seen 0201 (Imperial)paste dispensed, so about 0.4ish mm dots. I'm sure the Mydata printer is also pretty high resolution too, but not too quick.

Lou, You should look at the ERSA/Modus AOI System! The Modus AOI uses a high resolution industrial scanner rather than a camera mounted to a gantry. It's way faster (12 seconds for whole board ) and can do everything that a camera can do and more

The only reason you would need to run this calibration is if the camera was replaced or the centering camera got whacked which is highly unlikely. If your placements are off, put an offset in the parameter file.
