From the error message, might have to do with the "Z"-axis. You didn't mention you redo the calibration or not, then you should run that too. My guess would be "Z reading maybe slightly off". BTW, last time I work with those Mydata machine were bac

Although Mydata is probably your best choice they are hard to come by used. If you have the budget for a CP7 you could easily get a refurb from MyData. What ever you do don't buy a Fuji for low volume! Although many might disagree with me a Siemens

Not really, just eyeball. Does it look too loose or feel too tight. Is it lubricated properly, is there enough grease on the sprockets? Also, check the ribbon cables. They might be damaged.

Hey All. I figured it out. It turns out that the problem was simply a loose coupler on the x wagon motor transducer. I had only checked one screw in the past but the other screw was apparently loose as well.
