Hi Jack, we have in our comapany My15 and MY9. Both machines we programming almost daily only in excell. First manually, second with excell macro. Both alternative are almost camparable. It´s depending on amount of SMD parts and skills. Radek

Do you get any errors during the tool install? Are you intalling all tools, all uninstalled tools? What if you try one single tool only (A12)?

Sounds to me like someone had some mydata's and didnt know exactly how to calibrate them.....then that somebody purchased some brand new fuji's that were calibrated perfectly (which they should be when brand new) and that would be the difference. I h

I have five Mydata machines. The 21000 number is pie in the sky. Our new My12E (2 months old) won't get close to that. Having said that, I am very happy with 0201 production with the Hydra/line scan/Linear Agilis combination. Mike

I personally recommend Mydata for small start-up companies with a high mix. I think they make a good first machine. But if you are going to do any volume, I would not recommend them. And with placement machines, paper "research" isn't even close to
