MYDATA vs ASSEMBLEON

Electronics Forum | Tue May 03 04:13:07 EDT 2005 | Rob

No offence, but the Universal platform is hardly in the same league in terms of user friendlyness & ease of working on than a Mydata. However it does murder the Mydata in terms of accuracy, repeatability, longevity etc. & the Lightning head leaves

We currently have 5 MyData machines in our facility. Our production lines are the Mydata Synergy package which is two My9 machines connected together and both machines have the Hydra heads in them which is giving us 15k cph and these are rated at 27

Does anyone have any input on the CP20CV(samsung) and the MY9 with Hydra Head? i would prefer input from someone who has owned both. we are a high mix, low to mid volume contract manufacturer who sees value in both machines. we need to make a choi

Grant, As a MYDATA user, your comments worry me. You state that the MDYATA's are not stable or reliable? I am currently placing 0201's with the HYDRA head (at appx 15K/hr) with 0.01% fallout/bad placement. I also place a large range of fine p

What about MY100? Its based on the same high speed hydra head just two of them. Do you not recommend those as well? Originally, I was looking at a MY9 before spending on a MY100dx. Certain things mydata do make it attractive but im a low mix, high

Mydata Hydra and 0201 components

Hi Mike, I haven't tried the 0201s with a Hyrda, but after seeing 20 reviews of your message without a response, I'll try and share my experience with 0402s on a non-Hydra machine. The 0402s are slow, but I managed to get some speed by maxing out
