Based on the my15 we used to have and our current My100's I'd say it lost the position of the tool bank. Is it Hydra or Midas tooling? Uninstalling and reinstalling the hydra tool bank is fairly easy. If it's Midas tools, does it fetch other tools

Unfortunately all my tools are spring loaded. Yes I do know the tool install utility. I have been running and maintaining the 3 MyData machines for over 20 years and I never saw an error like this. I grease our tools once a month so I know that is
