What type of head do you have on your machine a midas head or a zi-fi head? Regardless of which you do have I would make sure that the head is clean where to tools go into the head. Use a soft swab or something similar so you do not damage the z forc

It's been a while since I've used a MyData but I believe what happens is on the bottom of the hydra black metal piece is a mark that the vision system uses to locate the tools as they pass over to center the parts. Something may have happened to this

Thanks for the info on the Hydra tubes that will be helpful. I found the answer from one of the Mydata techs. The Camera needs the hydra head to go slower then 1.9m/sec and the setting was at 1.8m/sec. They found out that even if the machine was set

if you don't have anything obstructing the camera then it sounds like it could be the camera power supply going bad. what version of tpsys are you running?
