Hi I'm trying to pick and place a lot of sod523 components with a mydata my12. I'm using C14 standard tool and Hydra tool H01. For some reason no matter what I try to do when the head picks the component with the C14 tool the machine emergency stops

Oh I didn't know that about the springs of the tool! I had to turn the spring action off on one of my other tools already, so think I will be buying a couple definitely new C14. Thanks for letting me know.

Wish the tools I have had a key in them lol least I know now to be more careful with them. Thanks for letting me know I would have ended up damaging them all!
