MYDATA12 Emergency Stop Message Error

I receive this message everytime I turn on my machine " Release Emergency Stop Button." I checke all every loction and stop button. Cant find out the problem. Does any one have a solution to this?

Release the e-stops :) Chances are pretty good that one or more of the e-stop switches is going bad. Pop them off, and measure with an ohm-meter to figure out which one it is, and replace. I don't recall anything in the software that identified wh

Is your machine an inline system with the conveyors along the back? If so I have run into this problem before with the sensors on the covers for the conveyors. They are 'magnetic' safety switches that can appear to be closed but don't actually switch

Intermittent vacuum on Hydra pipe

MYDATA MY9E: Hydra's pipe can't stop the vacuum during assembly. The problem ocurre just in only one pipe, the number 5. The tool picks components but doesn't drop it. Can the problem be in the unit vacuum?
