It turned out that only SF heads support "fine" mode, while FNC does not. Probably because above the FNC nozzle there is a "circle" rotating the nozzles, and in fine mode it can interfere with the reflection of the camera light - the element is lower

Does your my9 have any cameras aside from the x wagon camera and hydra camera? I believe you need a camera aside from these 2 such as a line scan camera to be able to use the auto teach option.

It didn't see the ref points on the bottom of the hydra head. start by checking the camera for dirt or dropped parts. Is it a hydra camera or Linescan?

Can you view the vision system screen where it recognizes the part? It should show the picture of the part as the camera sees it and show x's where it detects the features it is looking for. Some parts can show up strange on cameras. It might be havi
