Did you ever change the passwords on the oven or were they defaults and you dont remember them? Because for level 1 is the number 1 for 2 it is 2 and for level 3 it is 3. Hope this helps.

Fixed it, had to go to another one of my gem x2 machines make a user account with admin permissions. Copy the line of code in the "VtOperatorDef.txt" file under d:system that specifies that user into the text file on my topaz xii. V #BEGIN,OPERATOR

Yeah, but their not home right now. But I did get the password. level 1=1 or administrator level 2=2 level 3=3 Tried "ogre", but it didn't work.

Spoke to the maintenance manager, master password is the current date in reverse. For example : Today is 10/28/2014 so... 41028201 Level 3 should be pass3. Hope this helps.

Got it!!!!! On the main Operator Screen for the MPM UP2000, and under configuration (when logged-in under maintenance), it gives you ONLY the settings that the machine is set to....there are no drop-downs or options available to choose from. Very fr
