Cleanning no clean residu

Thank you guys for your help, I do not clean any on my assemblies who are build by the SMT an wave soldering department, we do used liquid fluxes Kester 951 and cored wire keester 245, usually its for batteries connector, led, terminal and wire rap

Hello, Could be that touchup operators are using too much flux. What are you dispensing flux with. Disposable or refillable flux pens are good to have around. | | | | hello to everybody, | | | | we have a really satisfactory no clean proc

Hi I have a funny feeling that Mike Konrad and I know each other from IBM-Endicott days, yet I could be wrong. It would be funny?? Mike gave a good answer. The Rosin or Rosin Mildly Activated Flux (RMA) if on the board at ICT (In Circuit Test) wil

clean process vs non clean process

There is no shortage of reasons to clean your boards. Soldering or reflowing your boards leaves stuff on them. This stuff is normally corrosive and conductive (some fluxes / pastes are more corrosive / conductive than others). In either case,

High frequency application V.S no clean flux

Hi all How can I find the technical paper or source of information about using No-clean flux with high frequency apllication. High frequency mean more than 2 GHz - 5 GHz. I heard from my colleague that No-clean flux residue on board effect to high
