Bert, This is a mistake by Fuji (yes they do make some). The fitting is on the table but is blocked by the retainer for the lead screw sleeve. Jerry

Thanks Grant and Doug, The manuals never tell you that you can pull the leadscrew covers back - but thanks to your suggestion I was able to access the lead-screw. It didn't look bad at all and had some lubrication on it. I added some more lubricat

can't you pull the leadscrew cover back? you usually can on fuji machines. pull it back and clean the leadscrew down then smother it with grease and manually run the axis back and forth a couple of times. then repeat until the grease is not discol

Any one has experience over solder voids in oscillator capacitor joint could result in high phase noise during the digital performances test? The noise signal was gone after solder touch up. What could be the root cause of the high phase noise?
