Already spoke with Novastar, and they only offer replacement parts for the preheating elements and fingers for this model, which was discontinued in 1997. Thanks though for your reply.

Have you tried Iemme or EPM? Iemme is Italian and have been building systems since 1973 and EPM is Swiss and has been building systems since 1969. Either of these systems should work well for you. Eric

I had worked with one some time ago. The preheat was not powerfull enough and we had a difficult time with the tope side flow. Good Luck
