Hello. Got problems with big elements like connectors. Pickup tolerance dont work on cp40/Lv. Here got two machines cp40/lv and one cp40/cv. On cv dont have problems with pickup, but on Lv nozzle hit the pins of connectors or wont pick up

If the orings are the same as Quad they are .158 ID and .024 thick. These dimensions are in inches. The thread for the Samsung QSA30 is 5.0 X 0.8mm, this may be the same for the CP40. If this is the correct oring size is it special and relatively ha

What's going wrong with the nozzles that you have to replace? Are you running CP40 / 45 models? We have used our N08 nozzles for 5+yrs now without replacing. Russ

They are a CP40 and CP50. The CP40 is fairly new and the 50 is fairly new but we bought it as a used piece. It is in good condition. As far as I can say everything seems set up correctly. By the sounds of your reply I should dig into this more deeply

We have a CP-40 and a CP-50 and have placed millions of 1206 parts in the last year and there is minimal wear on the N08 nozzles.

I can't find much info on the older Essemtec machines. First, I'd want to see the "spec sheet", then I'd want to find out what the programming environment is like. (I was really impressed with the Samsung machines in that regard.) I have not seen
