I have a problem with placement repeatability and accuracy on this Samtec connector. The customer wants to use a "nubbed connector" which has to be placed in the corresponding PCB holes. When the nubs miss the holes, the part becomes "lifted." SEE

Try a nozzle changer teach. Machine will look for fids on the changer block. If that doesn't work, clean the rubber seals in the bottom of the block. No alcohol - dries them out. Might need to replace them if they are dry or cracked. Clean your

Is it the CREE with the soft dome? We had to get specially made nozzles for our SAMSUNG machines to pick up cree LEDs correctly. They are basically rubber tipped. We bought from Count on Tools website.

What I meant is the gray rubber seals, top and bottom, that are pliable to allow the SS nozzle to slip back out and still provide sealing, deform too much and "squish" out to the sides. Jason

First, plug all holes with nozzles or plugs. Then use I/O diagnostics to fire changer up and activate vacuum. Then try to remove each of the nozzles and see if the vacuumm holds. If it does, check vacuum detector switch (mounted on changer side). The
