You`re right this is also a possible reason. But we have 2 Loaders from 1997 here where the error comes from the plc-program . Although all sensors are working fine the bottom conveyors are always running. We`ve planned to modify the program. BR

Thank you for the advice, Mika. My question however was not generated by a practical problem, but rather from the fact that we have to design an equipment which must interface with other conveyors. By now we�ll ignore those two points. Regards, Ola

Universal makes great conveyors as well. The loader/unloaders can be configured to input boards to the line or buffer them. I actually found a 22" piece on ebay a couple of years ago for 300.00. Worked great!

Had similar issue with Omniflow. Was actually jostling tall electrolytic caps off of pads. Found that idler sprockets/pulleys needed lubed.

Hi, Was wondering if anybody has any experience with F5 with the conveyors will work sporadically. If I put a board on the input sensor in which it sees it will work, the next 5 minutes it won't work. Could this relate to the K2 relay, if so does any
