THe Ealead software pretty much does everything for $1000US, Its big weakness is its importing, for this you use PCBSynergy. Have you tried the Ealead demo it run's for a month.But it is limited to 10 feeders sarason.

The mirae machine does have the setting for 20mm pitch....it can be set on the machine software but i dont believe its on the offline software.. thanks

Yes, you need to use "dedicated feeders" and only make changes when you run out of a part. It may even be better if you could convince the stock room and keep stock for those parts right on your line. The environment has to be proper for that though,
