Yes, They do have to be the same. If not you'll have to put in some ridiculous offsets. If they are not located in the same place (as mentioned earlier) use 2 pads that are off by themselves (if possible) and increase wipe frequency, because your ste

Crishan, You must be seeing an incredible amount of Attrition on this component if this is the case. You should most definitely be able to put in a Pick-up offset either at the machine or in the part data. aj

Regarding the issue of using a pick-up offset: I really can't see any benefit to this if the pockets in the tape are too large, since this means that you cannot be sure that the components always end up in the same position when the feeder indexes.

Hi! Try to make "R_AXIS_ACCURACY" calibration for all of FNC heads for back camera only. I met such problem on Topaz-X. There was clearly seen offset on 0.8mm pitch components. I simply calibrated all cameras for FNC nozzles and problem disappeared.

1. Why would parts be missing? 2. Why would you have a global offset? 3. Why would it not be right the first time?

Madam, that's rather forward! By zipper pattern do you mean offsetting the apertures on every other ultra fine pitch qfp pad? Thanks, Rob. (we don't roll in England, we amble)

Export CCIMF files for both scenario's and have Fuji America look to see if there is an actual programming offset problem. To be exactly .3mm off seems a little odd.

One wood agree the offset you are seeing is enormous and probably PCB tooling related. However, if this is ruled out you should have the C-tool to verify your cube alignment. Who knows, maybe your cubes are loose?

is the component placed off all the time or does it vary? if the placement offset is consistent then there is every chance that the machine requires calibration (providing your program is correct) If it varies then there could be lots of things caus

If I couldn't afford to go to Boston to get some training from the seller, I certainly can't afford a week in Australia! But, thanks for the offer. I do have the HHK (hand held keypad, that's what Philips calls it.) And, after tinkering with var
