In calibration menu - I see coarse measurement of z unit offset, z-unit offset, measure hydra camera z level, coarse adjust hydra tool offsets, and measure hydra tool lengths 1 - 8 - would it be any of these that I should run?

Mathematically, measure the component offsets from nominal then calculate the average and the SD of the offsets in x and y. You can then use the following equation to calculate the CpK: CpK = (Process Width - Abs(Average offset)) / (3 * SD offset)

If you are using the upward camera then you probably have to put in a placement offset for each head. This only effects upward camera placements...not quadalign. This is located in: 1. machine-calibration-camera lens 2. Choose upward camera2 under "

Yes, you need to run the 'offsets' calibration to correct the offset issue. If the machine is in good working order and all of the other alignments and cal's are completed then you are good shape to go to run this cal. If not, you could waste a few

TOOLING > OFFSET. The pcb stopper is attached to the camera and a default stop position is calculated from the PCB dimensions. If your stencil image is offset left or right then you can either fiddle the pcb size or input the offset. Offsets front an

Gentlemen, Just became a member and scanning the old posts hoping to help people out with their MPM printers. Most of this info is correct, the last post was the best. Offsets on an Accuflex printer can be put in either per process program or glob

Greg, at least on three different brand machines, I was working on, the offsets rotated with the board. If you start out at 0 deg. and the offset in the top left corner than it is on top right at 90 deg., bottem right at 180 deg. and bottem left at 2

Do you have cal. fixture(s)? If not, one 1/2 baked way to get yourself closer quickly is to go into your programs and write down your x/y offsets that you've gained during vision offsets while in production. Compare them - hopefully they are very s

Are your placements being placed in the center of the camera crosshairs? If not, you need to fix your head to camera offset. The numbers are kept in a couple of mod codes. You also need to update the configuration file in central controller if the nu
