We have a 2008 DEK horizon 03i this machine has been a very reliable system. we are having an issue with the print being offset in the x .2mm I have run 4 different boards - same issue on all. same offset. i can print the board 10 times over and

If you use the calibration plate and stencil, that should fix the problem. I think that you are not saving the result from the calibration test. Double check manuals and probably with DEK technician, but it sounds like you are missing a step.

Also check your belts/tensions/pulleys and motors on the camera axis. If you are getting any slippage then the camera will not be in the position the encoder says it is. It may still read the fids but will produce an offset.

More information on "mis-print": degree, direction, repeatability? If it is a repeatable offset, there are individual print direction specific offsets available... Or is it possible that there are erroneous offsets applicable to print direction causi

Any idea where the global offsets are entered? Under the vision setup there are print offsets, but these seem like they would be program specific, which is something we're looking to avoid since we will be running two machines networked. Thanks for

Gentlemen, Just became a member and scanning the old posts hoping to help people out with their MPM printers. Most of this info is correct, the last post was the best. Offsets on an Accuflex printer can be put in either per process program or glob

We have been using Grid Loks on our MPM Accuflex machines and see an offset in the print every so often. Haven't been able to isolate the problem. How bad was the misprint and how was it related to the grid loks? Thanks

we had problems with fillets and shifting aswell, but the recommended print aperture is reduce thermal pad by 35% and offset the lead print by 3thou...i.e. 3thou over hang on outer edge of lead which also moves the paste 3thou in from the inner edge .

Hello, can you explain better what do you want to check? Alignment is done based on fiducial check and then you can do some offsets, based on the print. So I am not sure what do you want to say...
