Well that's one parameter and inadequate to specify either part. EPROMs aren't synchronous so specifying a clock rate doesn't really help - are you looking for a 50ns access time? 5V? 3.3V? What size memory? One-time programmable or UV eraseable or

Depends on what machine you want to get. Linux OP used on S13-S15-S20-F3-F4 for a time but they changed to WinXP - after '96. The new software with WinXp is more stable as the Lunix version. The Linux version was really sensitive of LinePC-StationPC
