Would you happen to have a picture of the RS Cylinder and Rs rail. When we send the table in sol 4 is on. When we try to send the table out sol 4 and 5 are on. We are having a hard time finding the RS Cylinder and RS rail

We have DEK265 and a problem with few projects. Normally it works great, but sometimes we have an issue with Alignment out of range error. Currently we have a project where after fiducials configuration in step mode printer shows an error : Align

I guess you were able to locate the RS cylinder. Assuming adjustments to RS flow controls was your resolution.

What sort of nano coating? The coatings that aren't snake oil tend to have a color to it. The other ones are typically wipe on and seem like a waste of time to me.

Have you measured and input the "Distance To Image" setting correctly? If that number is off, you will get that error.
