Elektrobit (JOT) makes a wave unloader you can use to put your board back onto an edge conveyor (if you are using just a belt on your oven now) and then place a FIFO or Mag Loader after that.

we didnt see it as a potential risk, main accumilations we around the entry and exit curtains so we lived with it and cleaned (quick wipe with acetone) once a week.

Just wondering, what do companies who have a stand alone reflow oven use to allow their pcbs to safely exit off the reflow machine conveyor belt or pcb rails ? I've seen home made ramps that the pcb slides down.....but is there any other option ?

Are they getting stuck inside the oven or at the very end? If thermal expansion is the problem the boards would be getting stuck in the reflow zone since that would be the hottest and therefore the point where thermal expansion would be the greatest
