We've got away with 90C before, however at 120C they tend to bananna and it isn't easy to remove all of the product then, and some of the legs get damaged (we always received waffle packs then one day tubes arrived & the operator baked as usual....).

I have tried to teach the part a couple of different ways. I have the component taught as a Quad Flat Pack and I am ignoring two of the sides. This has provided better results but still not consistent.

I purchased a used machine that came with no manuals. Does anyone know how I can get them? The manufacturer said it's a discontinued model and there is no paperwork on it. Thanks

Thanks Sr. Tech! To Daxman, Do you use Alvania#2 as well (in combination with TFL-50)? Furthermore, when purchasing TFL-50 wet lube, do you normally pay for the shipment, dangerous goods packing, etc? Thanks a lot!
