Just to add my 2 cents on the adjustment of pitch on MPA feeders: True: Panasonic do not make it easy to change the pitch on MPA feeders, the thickness of a metal part is what sets the pitch. My solution: for example, I get a 24mm X 12mm pitch MPA

Not completely. We end up increasing the blow off/vacuum break air pressure. The only issue with that is if we go too high, and a small part is close to the light it will blow it out of position. So on occasion there is a balancing act we have to do.

Hi Mike, I haven't tried the 0201s with a Hyrda, but after seeing 20 reviews of your message without a response, I'll try and share my experience with 0402s on a non-Hydra machine. The 0402s are slow, but I managed to get some speed by maxing out
