Check out some of the brokers on the internet. Look under "Used PCB Assembly Equipment". "Fastex" is one of the companies that sells used equip. There are quite a few. Make sure you get a warranty with whoever you pick...

Panasonic's passwords are the date backwards. For example, today's date would be: 01026140...they may use the month before day format...in which case it would be: 01020461

We use the same component on many different products, never faced a similar issue. However, things I would check are: - stencil thickness (ideally 125um) - additional Z move on the parts around the relay (as suggested by kumarb) - check the packages
