I would have to agree with Pete. I have worked with Panasonic, Create, Mydata and Juki. Juki has been the easiest to work with. They actually installed and had the machines running production within a day.

We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.
