I have had good luck buying after market nozzles from SMT research. Fuji CP3 Nozzles, I bought the Heavy-duty version and they lasted 3 times longer than OEM Nozzles. SMT Research buy's their Panasonic nozzles from the same source as Panasonic does

I would have to agree with Pete. I have worked with Panasonic, Create, Mydata and Juki. Juki has been the easiest to work with. They actually installed and had the machines running production within a day.

We had this issue with our old MV 150. This was usually due to clogged/dirty or bent nozzles, or clogged dirty filters on the vacuum supply to the head.
