Any Feedback on Panasonic CM202

I've had a CM202DHU since new (10 years) and it is a very reliable piece of kit. I wouldn't be happy placing 0201's but if you use 110 nozzles it is capable. Just make sure that you always line up the feeders prior to running or all you'll here is mi

Hello! I worked with Fujis, Jukis, Universal, Yamaha (plus with old Panasonic and Siplace). GC-60D is old modification machine, but you can use it. My opinion - better to use one type machine on factory. I don't know what to say. American machine (al

Stephen- I'm not sure since I'm having trouble understanding your post whether you are knocking my post or not. If you did intend some sort of slight than let me clarify your concerns: 1) Claude is not using an MPA-G3 so H.D. is out. 2) I've used P

Hello all!! I currently have this thought, of maybe producing my very own type of feeders. Say juki, panasonics, etc. but building, design, and production of my own. What would be preventing me from doing so? Let's say i wanted to build a Fuji CP-4 feed

Hi All, We are not using a Vib. bowl feeder, or stick feeder, these parts are on a reel. The pick & place machine we are using is a Panasonic brand YV100X, its a single head with 8 nozzles. What we are finding is that the component package size is

Yes 0402 8X4 embossed feeders exist for Panasonic MSR, Universal GSM, Contact Systems, and Mimot for sure. In the old days of 0402 components, 0402 resistors used to come in 8X4 paper tape but now I think most 0402 resistors and capacitors come in 8

Actually, the capability does exist, even on chip shooters w/ feeder carriages. We've been using Sanyo's cassette feeder on their turret machine (TCM3500) for over a year with 0603 caps. I don't know about Fuji or Panasonic. | I'm not sure I'm off
