Hi, i've been struggling with register nozzles into Panasonic & NPM machines. I determinate all the nozzle dimensions correctly but while pick and placing some error occurs and it says nozzle diameter error. how can i fix this?

I would recommend you purchase a nozzle from Count On Tooling if you plan on placing 0201's. It is possible but as mentioned there will problems with provided nozzles from Panasonic. Again, as mentioned, you have to teach the pick up position everyti
