actually not...only with NPM W2 AND TT2...and with HDP dispenser...CM602 402 is an older generation than NPM but the principle is the same..the program is slightly different...im more than 10yrs in this job..

Been working with CM's since 2006, we've had 2 lines of NPM's for the last 4 years. I like the NPM's, but the CM's have been a work horse. We have gotten our monies worth:)

Hehe it's nice to hear that you are satisfied with the machine..The only problems with the NPM that we had was filter full for now... Are you using auto changeover,automatic suportpins and material control?

I am mounting 3535 Cree High-power leds with p&p machine. First nozzle picks up the led normally and then it's placed good but after 4-5 times nozzle picks up the led like at an angle. looks like it holds the led from the side edge of the dome.

when i use only one nozzle to mounting 3535 cree power leds, it works good but when i use 2 or more nozzles, leds are getting rotated or upturned just after the nozzle relaese the led. it's like nozzle throws the led not mounts. But not all the led

Jeff, The problem you are describing MAY be related to the push up pin setting on your component feeder units. Please verify that the push up pin height is set correctly for the feeder units, and the nozzle pick-up and placement heights are to the c
