we use panasonic mv2vb feeder q type and we place a little piece of magnet under the reel and it help a lot

Are you having any issues with other ERJ series resistors from Panasonic? Any other 2010 resistors? There is, very likely, something specific to this part/package/packaging that is causing your problems. Things to check: -Identify where the issue

I would recommend you purchase a nozzle from Count On Tooling if you plan on placing 0201's. It is possible but as mentioned there will problems with provided nozzles from Panasonic. Again, as mentioned, you have to teach the pick up position everyti
