Check out some of the brokers on the internet. Look under "Used PCB Assembly Equipment". "Fastex" is one of the companies that sells used equip. There are quite a few. Make sure you get a warranty with whoever you pick...

I have RH machines (18 machines RH,RH2 RHU and RH3), for comunication we are using PanaPro, need to buy it from Panasonic and pay licenses.Also they can give the manuals.

I have had good luck buying after market nozzles from SMT research. Fuji CP3 Nozzles, I bought the Heavy-duty version and they lasted 3 times longer than OEM Nozzles. SMT Research buy's their Panasonic nozzles from the same source as Panasonic does
