ok now i have some more answers to questions. the 225F is the temperature as the pcb comes out of the last preheater before crossing the wave. the conveyor speed is anywhere from 3.65-4.00 should it be the same for all boards?? I am using superfl

Charles: Here are a few possibilities you might want to check: 1) Conveyor width -- if the conveyor is too tight this will cause the boards to buckle as they go through the preheat section. We recently had this happen when we changed operators. 2
