Hi All, Does anyone know of any Desiccator manufacturers other than Terra Universal. I'm looking for a cabinet with flow control and a Hygrometer. Ultimately, I'd like to find something that has "pass through" capability so that parts can be access

Well, I was using a quad QSV-1 for boards this size. Not the fastest, but it was able to handle the large boards in a pass through machine. Keep in mind the board thickness, as well. Anything over 0.2" will not fit in the clamps of the conveyors.

| Is there an IPC Standard stating the max. number of times that a PCB can pass through a reflow or wavesolder machine without having solder mask breakdown. | | PCB is FR4 | Solder Mask is LPI | Reflow and W/S Profile = Standard | | thanks and rega

Can anyone please help me locate details on maximum allowable temperatures of components when passing through a reflow oven. I think I want the thermal profile for the part, or a source or standard which will allow me to check if I can safely reflo

I like to secure the thermalcouples with a small dot of chip-bonder(surface mount adhesive). The chip-bonder will cure durring the first pass through the oven. After I have developed my profile I remove thermalcouples and the chip-bonder with a solde

Hi, Did you use this paste before with out any problem or is it occuring for the first time ? If you wash only once a double sided board the side that passes through two reflow will have hardened flux which will may not be washed in your normal wa

We use Envibar UV 1244 to coat our PCBs after wave soldering. We clean them with alcohol, and then we coate them manually with a brush. Then they are passed through a UV Oven. We have adhesion problems, and we started by looking at the Envibar, but

Does anyone have a list of SMT components with their weights? For instance, a PLCC64 pin = X grams. I am not even sure if such information is really valid but it would be interesting to know when developing a reflow profile for convection ovens on a

If the package is robust enough to handle surface mount followed by a pass through the wave soldering process, we have had excellent results populating the fine pitch parts with the P&P machine, reflow, then mask the solder joints prior to wave solde

This is a shot in the dark because it has been years since I worked on a CP3. I believe that there is a flag on the turret. As the turret makes a full revolution this flag must make pass through a sensor. If this sensor is not functioning or if the
