we have a new ersa ews500 wave machine and are experiencing difficulty in profiling for lead free. particular issue is reaching 110c preheat for large TH electrolitic caps while maintaining 110-170c on 1/4 watt resistors in same area

So are you saying that you cannot reach 110C at 1 location without raising another location to excessive preheat temp? If so, sometimes slowing down the conveyor and dropping the preheat temps will help you get equal temps. I do not know this machi

we have 4 bottom IR heaters and a 2 zone bottom Quartz heater (2 lamps/4 lamps) and 1 convection heater above zone 1 IR. we have very tight restrictions from customer and I could send profile view to your email if possible

Adlsmt, We had an issue where an Engineer setuo his own passwords on our machine, he was then laided off and nobody knew the passwords. Electrovert gave us the following passwords to try: Electrovert Wave Solder Logon Id Supervisor Password Pass

We have a Seho 1135-F Soldering wave. Everytime we shut the machine off it asks for a password. We call for service and we get a new one. Is there a way i can by pass the password? Thanks.

I think SEHO GoWave 1030 is better than ERSA ETS 330. The SEHO GoWave 1030 is a powerful soldering system for mass soldering applications. It's used for all types of soldering.
