Use of solder paste after taking out from cold storage

Electronics Forum | Thu Oct 27 00:45:41 EDT 2005 | pavel_murtishev

Good morning, I can recommend to use solder paste softeners, which can prepare solder paste for printing process. Softeners rise paste temperature by means of pseudo-planetary motion. Therefore, solder paste reaches room temperature during only 15

You're not clear if you intend to reclaim and re-use the paste from the stencil or not. If not, then you should go to cartridges with an air gun or modify a caulking gun for dispensing paste from cartridges. The paste will last a long time.

Hi: Your stencil specs are good; Did you check the stencil thickness? It would be worth a ck since there may be an error from the stencil mfr If the paste is not releasing with good stencil specs, these are possible causes: 1 The paste isn't tou

Can you use the equipment manual as the basis for learning how to use the machine? Each model of printer has different alignment techniques. We don't have a clue of your model type. So, we'll approach the question from its most basic point. Registe

Glad to hear a little success from ya Duckmann! i have stenciled mask in the past and I can tell you that stencils are expensive. They are basically a step stencil, you will need full thickness for the area(s) you are going to apply mask and you wi

From the picture, I cannot see clearly solder ball violate electrical clearance or cause a short, maybe it is. What I can see is the solder paste has some misalignment although it doesn't printed in solder mask area, but actual position will reduce

Try buying your paste in 500g pyles cartridges .You can use these cartridges in a standard caulking gun. Also.. have your paste vendor supply you with some empty jars.(They will usually do this free of charge) Whenever you run a job, dispense paste
