Once you warm it up to room temperature, use it or lose it. Paste should always be brought to a room temperature before use. If it is not ready, don't use it.

Alvaro, I have a reefer case just like you described. I bought it at a going out of business sale at a floral shop. They kept flowers in it. Runs on 120VAC to.

You can try by designing your own fixture to ensure the FiFo, but it will always depend on the operator to fill it in the righ order, I used to have a fixture like the one in the image, but it was installed next to the machine, not inside the fridge.
