Thanks Dave, The surface finish is ENIG.Is it ok not to bake even though the HIC has changed color? What is the shelf life for ENIG boards?

What is the correct FR4 for RoHS? This PCB is a 4layer board. When we get the boards from the supplier they are properly packed in vaccum sealed bags without HIC card but there is desicant in side.

I'm sorry for not being clear. The "1 thou" refers to the thickness of copper that rides below your ENIG. If your HIC card is blue that's good. If it's some other color that makes you nervous, then you make of it what you will. They're pretty muc

We are being pushed to use seaborne shipping containers as the method to receive PCB�s from fab houses in China. Time on the ocean will be several days to a few weeks depending on how slow the boat is. Does anyone have any suggestions on packaging
