What thickness is required to process a double sided board with white tin? Is there an IPC standard? If rework is necessary, what is required?

The problem that I am facing is the Equipment Engieer refuse to run this lot as the boards warp as high as 60 mils but the machine spec.call max 40 mils warpage.The boards length is 16 inches and the thickness is 93 mils.The supplier feedback this is

All, Thnx for the replies! The brd thickness is 0.062", hence no confusion there. Have no idea why customer's engineer specd in the 31 thou radius. Asked them but have no definitive answer as yet.

Re: item 3 - there are ultrasonic thickness machines (Panametrics makes one) that can measure coating dry with a small transducer head. A little pricey for ones that measure reliably in the .003" +/- .002" range.

I would also check the stencil thickness. You don't want 7mil stencil for 0402 components.
